How to become a participating vendor with the State of Florida?

Learn how we can help you help victims by covering the cost of your services when other resources have been exhausted.

The Bureau of Victim Compensation is prohibited from registering or updating vendor information. Service providers are required by the Florida Department of Financial Services, Division of Accounting and Auditing, Bureau of Vendor Relations to complete the following:

1. Complete a profile registration for the State of Florida Vendor Website (https://FLVendor.MyFloridaCFO.com);
2. Electronically submit a Substitute Form W9 and request assistance from the Department of Financial Services (https://FLVendor.MyFloridaCFO.com or via email to FLW9@MyFloridaCFO.com);
3. Obtain confirmation of Substitute Form W9 processing from the Department of Financial Services, Bureau of Vendor Relations;
4. Register on the MyFloridaMarketPlace Vendor Information Portal (https://Vendor.MyFloridaMarketPlace.com); and
5. Maintain an active status and provide periodic updates on MyFloridaMarketPlace (https://Vendor.MyFloridaMarketPlace.com).

Be advised that the address provided on itemized bills submitted for payment consideration must match the remittance address registered on MyFloridaMarketPlace.

Service providers who fail to comply with the State of Florida Vendor Website and Substitute Form W9 process, or who fail to register and maintain an active status on MyFloridaMarketPlace, will be viewed as non-participating providers. Compliance does not qualify, guarantee, or preapprove payment for services rendered.
